Axiotron Mac Tablet Maker Receives Conditional Approval to Go Public

Modbook manufacturer Axiotron, Inc. announced today that the TSX Venture
Exchange has conditionally approved a proposed transaction that would
raise at least $5 million and authorize shares in the El Segundo,
California-based company to trade publicly. Net proceeds from the
proposed transaction would be used to finance continued production of
